Summary of Events by Department and Topics
Is a listing of events sorted by department in date order.  Fields include Department, Date,
Topic, Date Credits and Attendees with total for each credit type.

Annual Summary Grand Total
Displays the Total number of Events, Individual Physician Attendees, Individual Non-Physician Attendees
and Total Credit Hours

Annual Attendance Summary
This report contains the Title of the Activity, Frequency, Credit Type,
Total Hours, Location and Total Physician Attendees

Annual Summary - Frequency
Accumulates the Total Events by frequency with credit hours.
(frequency is defined by you - i.e. weekly, monthly, annual).

Event - Count by Department
Displays the total events, credit hours and attendees by department.

Summary of Topics with Attendance
Total number of events, credits and attendees for each department.

Summary of Needs
Is a summary of Needs Assessment items.  This report offers
a count of each needs assessment category used throughout the year.
